 ity of Applied Sciences are invited to participate in the academicMATCH Tou
 r, which offers exclusive access to two innovative companies based in South
  Thuringia: Hitachi Rail GTS Deutschland GmbH in Arnstadt and Advanced Micr
 o-optics Technologies GmbH (AMOT) in Suhl-Albrechts.\n\nThis full-day tour,
  organized by the South Thuringia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Süd
 thüringen) in cooperation with the Career Service and the International Car
 eer Service (ICS) at Schmalkalden University, provides students with a uniq
 ue opportunity to engage directly with regional employers. The event aims t
 o offer practical insights into these companies and highlight pathways for 
 internships, theses, and future employment.\n\nHitachi Rail GTS Deutschland
  GmbH, a member of the global Hitachi Group, is a leading provider of railw
 ay technology solutions. At their Arnstadt facility, approximately 650 empl
 oyees design and manufacture state-of-the-art control, signalling, and safe
 ty systems for rail transport. Students pursuing engineering and related fi
 elds will find a wide array of career development opportunities.\n\nAdvance
 d Micro-optics Technologies GmbH (AMOT), located in Suhl-Albrechts, special
 izes in micro-optics made from polymer materials and is part of the interna
 tional AAC Optics Group. The company manufactures precision components for 
 applications in robotics, automotive, optoelectronics, and metrology, offer
 ing students valuable insights into a cutting-edge research and production 
 environment.\n\nParticipation in the tour is free, but spots are limited to
  15 students. Registration via Stud.IP is mandatory. Basic German language
