 ook behind the scenes of the hiring process. This innovative format combine
 s real-world insights, interactive elements, and direct exchange with exper
 ienced recruiters.\n\nThe workshop is facilitated by Sebastian Halsband, re
 cruiter at ETA Personal, who is leading this session for the third consecut
 ive time. With his expertise in engineering and IT positions, he offers par
 ticipants a first-hand perspective on what employers in Germany really look
  for in applicants and how selection processes unfold in practice.\n\nStude
 nts will learn how to tailor their applications to German standards, unders
 tand how artificial intelligence is shaping modern recruitment, and receive
  practical advice on how to stand out as an international candidate. The se
 ssion emphasizes open dialogue and individual feedback, making it a dynamic
  and practice-oriented experience.\n\nA highlight of the event is the live 
 mock interview with a volunteer participant, followed by collective feedbac
 k and discussion — a proven concept that has made this workshop one of the
