DESCRIPTION:Am Mittwoch, den 10.05.2023, findet der\n\nOffizielle Projekt-K
 ick-Off von „WORT – Weltoffene Region Thüringens“ \n\nim Rathaussaal der St
 adt Schmalkalden statt.\n\nDie Vision des WORT-Projektes ist es, dem Fachkr
 äftemangel in der Modellregion Südthüringen umfassend zu begegnen. Dabei we
 rden sowohl die heimische Unternehmenslandschaft als auch die Lebenswirklic
 hkeiten insbesondere internationaler Fachkräfte in den Blick genommen. Die 
 im Zuge des Projektes entwickelten konzeptionellen Ansätze und operativen M
 aßnahmen sollen nach Projektende auf andere Regionen übertragbar sein.\n\nW
 ir freuen uns auf zahlreiche Vertreter:innen regionaler Unternehmen, Politi
 k, Wirtschaft und der Hochschule Schmalkalden. Eine Teilnahme ist nach vorh
 eriger Anmeldung möglich (Rückmeldezeitraum beendet).\n\n\n\nEnglisch\n\nOn
  Wednesday, 10 May 2023, the\n\nOfficial kick-off of "WORT – Weltoffene Reg
 ion Thüringens”  \n\nwill be celebrated at the town hall of Schmalkalden.\n
 \nThe vision of this project is to comprehensively address the shortage of 
 skilled professionals in the model region of Southern Thuringia by taking i
 nto account both the local business landscape and the realities of life, pa
 rticularly for international skilled professionals. Moreover, the project’s
  innovative conceptual approaches and practical measures developed during t
 he project are designed to be transferable to other regions in Germany and 
 beyond at the end of the project, providing a blueprint for success that co
 uld benefit many others.\n\nWe look forward to welcoming a wide range of re
 presentatives from the region's business, political and economic communitie
 s and Schmalkalden University to this important milestone. Participation is
