Electronic journals

Own end devices

University members can access all licensed electronic resources from the Cellarius University Library on their own devices.

Access to licensed electronic resources outside the university's stationary computers requires a VPN (Virtual Private Network).

We recommend the VPN client software Cisco AnyConnect. Installation instructions can be found in the wiki of the University Computer Centre.

The Electronic Journals Library (EZB)

The Electronic Journals Library (EZB) gives you access to electronic full-text journals available in the Cellarius University Library.

You cannot search for individual articles in the Electronic Journals Library (EZB).

Springer Nature E-Journals

Under the DEAL agreement between Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences and Springer Nature, there is campus-wide access to the current and past volumes from 1997 onwards of all around 1,900 Springer journals. Status: August 2020
