Equal Opportunities Advisory Board
The Equal Opportunities Advisory Board assists the Equal Opportunities Officer, their deputy and the administration of the university and offers support for all matters concerning equal opportunities. It monitors the constitutionally guaranteed equality of women and men at the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden. Most of all this means to dismantle the current underrepresentation of women, in particular in higher salary grades, and to support women in their careers.
