Through WORT, we offer a variety of events and engagement formats to foster a sense of togetherness and ensure the long-term retention of international professionals in the region.

Creating an inclusive and diverse community transcends organisational and institutional boundaries. It requires a collaborative effort from the region and its stakeholders, involving all residents. As part of this project, a meeting centre will be built in the heart of Schmalkalden to actively engage the local community. We warmly invite everyone to participate, contribute and share ideas as we work together to shape this initiative.
