University Information Days, Open Day, and now the Trial Study Program—there are many ways to learn about studying at Hochschule Schmalkalden. While the range of information can seem overwhelming, one thing is certain: it goes far beyond brochures and presentations.

The Trial Study Program offers much more than information sessions and the chance to ask questions. For three days, you can experience what it is really like to be a university student. Attend real lectures, meet current students, and get a firsthand impression of university life.

A quick note about the lectures:
The trial classes are regular university lectures that enrolled students attend throughout the semester. Therefore, you should not expect to understand every topic covered during a single visit. Instead, the goal is to experience an authentic university-level class and gain a realistic first impression of academic life.
