In a newly available area on the ground floor - created by the removal of no longer needed shelves from the textbook collection - two tables with chessboard surfaces and four comfortable armchairs now invite visitors to play chess. 

The chess pieces can be borrowed at the counter. In this way, the library has created a space that offers room for relaxation and social interaction between study sessions.
