Activating our online services (FHS ID) 
To access our online services—including your university email account and the online portal (QIS) for grade transcripts, exam registration, enrollment certificates, and more—you must register in advance. You'll find your service key in this document. The service key becomes active 24 hours after you receive it. Please wait one full day before attempting to register. Re-registration and semester fee 
Students are required to re-register for each semester on time by transferring the semester fee. For further details, visit: www.hs-sm.de/rueckmeldung 
Current enrollment certificates for each semester are available in the online portal (QIS).

Thoska card (student ID) 
Apply for your Thoska card through the online portal (QIS): qis.hs-schmalkalden.de
