The Student Service Zone is the central point of contact for all students regarding questions about their studies. The staff offers competent support with important formalities and matters related to your student status, such as:

  • Issuance of thoska card
  • Re-registration
  • Leave of absence
  • Change of degree program 
  • De-registration
  • Requesting certificates
  • Issuance of certificates
  • Change of address or name

Communication can take place in the following languages:

  • German
  • English
  • Hindi
  • Gujarati
