The JENA Digital Safari - Behind the Scenes of Jena’s Digital Economy

The International Career Service (ICS) of Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, together with JENA Digital e. V. and Techniker Krankenkasse, invites students to join the third JENA Digital Safari on 28 October 2025 — a full-day exploration of Jena’s thriving digital scene.

Now in its third year, the JENA Digital Safari has become a staple in the student career calendar. After two highly successful editions in 2023 and 2024, the format continues to connect students directly with leading employers, innovative technologies, and valuable professional networks.

Throughout the day, participants will get an inside look at how digital transformation is shaping software development, IT consulting, e-commerce, and smart manufacturing — through company tours, expert talks, and networking sessions hosted by Adesso SE, Accenture GmbH, dotSource SE, Goepel Electronics GmbH, warmwind AG, and zollsoft GmbH.

The JENA Digital Safari is open to students of computer science, business informatics, business administration, and related fields. Participation is free, but spots are limited — so don’t wait to sign up!
